NATIONAL LOCKDOWN AND HOLIDAY/DAY EXCURSION DEPARTURES IN NOVEMBER...

Following the government announcement of the second national lockdown on Saturday 31st October 2020; and as the safety of our customers and staff remains our top priority, we have had to make the unfortunate decision to cancel all holiday and day trip departures from Thursday 5th November up until Wednesday 2nd December 2020. On a positive note, we have had 17 holidays carrying 420 happy customers since we relaunched our programme back on 7^th September, scoring us 4.7/5 for our COVID-19 Safe Operating Procedures which has been fantastic! In addition since we relaunched our excursion programme back in early August we have carried over 1400 passengers on our Express Excursions and 230 on our Day Excursions, it really has been amazing! It is a sad situation that we have had to cancel our November departures but it is in the best interest for your health and safety that we do so. Our Reservations Team are contacting all customers who are affected; prioritising by departure date. BUS SERVICES – COVID:19 SAFE AND SECURE

We want to reassure you that our bus services will be operating at a more or less normal frequency throughout November getting you where you need to be, safely! We have our strict nightly cleaning and sanitisation regimes in place which are in line with our detailed COVID:19 Risk Assessment to protect our customers and staff. Masks/ face coverings are being worn, anti-bacterial gel is being used all day, every day. Our drivers are keen to get you to where you need to be, whether that be to work or to essential appointments!
