We provide coach travel to every section of our community, for business, education and leisure; therefore working as a driver provides variety every day of the week! To become a professional Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) driver, you’ll have excellent driving skills, you need to be smart and passionate about delivering great customer service, love working with the immense variety of people who travel with us and be able to deal with the pressures created by our roads infra-structure. So if you're looking for a new opportunity, love driving, thrive on pleasing customers, and believe you've got what it takes, PCV licence or not, we'd love to hear from you. Hourly rates are constantly under review, and will be discussed at interview level.

COACH DRIVING

Working as a coach driver isn’t just another driving job. To become a professional Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) driver, as well as having excellent driving skills, you need to be passionate about customer service, love working with the immense variety of people who travel with us and be able to stay calm under pressure. So if you're looking for a new opportunity, love driving, thrive on wowing customers, and believe you've got what it takes, we'd love to hear from you. TRAINEE DRIVERS

If you want to become a coach driver then you've come to the right place. We have a training school that takes recruits from scratch and teaches you everything you need to know in the industry. We employ professional instructors who have many years’ experience in helping you through the process of learning to drive.

PART-TIME MINI BUS DRIVERS

We are also looking for what’s known as feeder drivers, members of staff who are responsible for collecting our customers and their luggage from home addresses all over the midlands, and taking them home again after their holidays. We offer part time work, with hours to suit you. Our busiest periods are from 6.30am to 9.30am and 4.00pm to 7.00pm – during a 7 day week. You’ll be driving our Mercedes, VW and Transit mini-buses or our Ford Mondeo cars – (These are not ‘PCV’s so no special licence required). You’ll need a clean car drivers licence, good geographical knowledge and great customer service skills. We provide good rates of pay and all training is provided.

We are expanding our coach driving team and are looking for enthusiatic, friendly and professional members to join us, immediate starts available.

We require qualified PCV drivers only and please note we can include a variety of different employment contracts to suit all requirements,.

The pandemic has had a massive effect on the coach industry and we've been working hard to secure new and extra work during this time. We have had some successes recently and much of this has been additional school services, rail replacements and staff commute services.
