I hope you are all keeping well or at least trying to!  And I hope that so far as is possible, you are enjoying this lovely spring time weather!  I’m sure that you, like us, are still coming to terms with this dreadful outbreak; we are still reeling from the fact that our holidays, day trips, great breaks and shows are all cancelled until the end of May now.  Much of our coach hire work has also been cancelled however our bus services are still running, albeit with a reduced service.  

Consequently we are now operating here with minimum staff and our premises remain not open to visitors.  However we are still very much here and open for business!  So please just call us on 01564 797000 or contact us at [email protected].  We are sorry to have to take this action and we hope it will not last for long.

 In these difficult times, difficult decisions are having to be made.  This crisis is new to us all and we are working hard to ensure that all our decisions and actions are focused on looking after our customers, our staff, and our suppliers.  

We have a great reputation and a great brand – and I am extremely proud of our staff, who are clearly highly regarded by our customers and suppliers – this is evidenced by the many messages of support and best wishes that we’ve received – thank you.

And most importantly, please look after yourselves!  This is a challenging time for everyone, so whether you are a holiday and excursion customer, a coach hire client or one our many bus passengers,  let’s keep being understanding and supportive of each other – and do what we can to help each other – and of course keep up with our high levels of personal hygiene!

And, if I may be so bold, to suggest that as we’ll all be spending more time at home from now on…give yourself some new purpose – perhaps set some personal goals; get fitter, ride that bike, walk that walk – do that gardening – complete that Jigsaw!? And if the weather turns wet, organise that sock drawer! 

Thanks all, for your support and help. At the risk of repeating myself…We’ll get through this okay, together.  Try to stay cheerful and stay positive, it does help.
