The judges will want to see:

• The key qualities that make your business a candidate for Midlands Family Business of the Year, such as product and service development, financial growth and success, family representation, people development, innovation, overcoming adversity, your commitment to the community, succession planning and governance
• Your aspirations for the business and how current and future family generations will be involved

Service Excellence - Service Excellence award is for family businesses that can demonstrate how a clear focus on service has had a positive impact on both the business and its customers.

We're on a winning streak as we have already received 2 awards in 2019 for Coach Tour Operator of the year (Large Fleet) from the British Coach Tourism Awards and for Domestic Coach Travel Brochures from the UK Coach Awards!
