Duty Planner - Scheduler

37.5 Hours per Week
£21,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a Duty Planner / Scheduler to join our operations planning team. Working directly for the Service Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will be commercially minded, with an excellent geographical knowledge and a keen eye for detail. The environment is extremely pressurised as the target is always moving. To be successful you must be able to keep focused and solve the varied and multiple problems of a live operations environment.

 The primary responsibilities are:

  • Scheduling driver’s daily work duties across the complete range of services we offer (Holidays, Day Trips, School Contracts, Coach Hire and Bus Services)

  • Scheduling the appropriate vehicles to the associated service based on the customer requirements

  • Maximisation of both drivers and vehicle utilisation to ensure the most cost-effective operations

  • Able to professionally communicate with all members of staff especially that of the Operations team; other Duty Planners, Drivers and Engineers

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Scheduling experience is a mus

  • Excellent geographical knowledg

  • Flexibility in working days and times


  • Leadership and Management skills

  • Knowledge of EU driving hours regulations

  • PCV licence and experience


  • The salary starts at £21,000 and there are enhancements for duty cover and Transport Manager CPC qualifications.  Working days are full time, Monday – Friday with rota weekend work

PR & Digital Marketing Assistant

37.5 Hours per Week
£19,000 to £21,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PR & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our expanding Marketing team in Henley-in-Arden. This is a brand new role where you will have exposure to the full marketing mix, but in particular, your proactive PR & digital/content generation skills will be key here.

Duties to include copywriting engaging press releases, online content and blog posts for local and trade publications as well as the website and social media. Creating eshots, market research, analysing data and creating flyers and posters. 

The successful candidate will have PR experience - planning and implementation, along with Content and Digital Marketing experience.
Be a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher. Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills are vital.
