While our customers often see the smiling faces of our Couriers, Drivers, and the breath-taking destinations they visit, it's time to peel back the curtain and introduce you to the remarkable individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes. These are the faces that ensure every journey with Johnsons is not just a trip, but an unforgettable experience. 

Join us as we delve into the roles of some of our key staff members, whose dedication and expertise are integral to the fabric of our company. Meet the Team: 

Kyran Flynn – General Manager - SMT

Kyran, our General Manager, has been an integral part of Johnsons Coaches for nearly 7 years. His role encompasses overseeing the day-to-day management of the entire business, from transport to sales. Kyran's biggest achievement? Passing his management CPC swiftly, despite his background primarily in sales. His dedication reflects Johnsons' commitment to excellence. 

Lauren Davies - Head of Business, Sales & Marketing - SMT

Lauren, with 6 years at Johnsons, leads sales, marketing, and brand maintenance efforts. From overseeing major campaigns to navigating through COVID, Lauren's journey reflects Johnsons' commitment to growth and innovation. 

Andy Leyland – Head of Finance - SMT

Andy, with over a decade at Johnsons, manages all things finance. Through the challenges of the pandemic, Andy's leadership was crucial in navigating financial obstacles and ensuring the company's survival. 

Ashley Brown – Head of Operations - SMT

Ashley, promoted to Head of Operations after joining in 2022, oversees operational performance and risk management. His achievement in completing the Earned Recognition audit reflects Johnsons' dedication to maintaining high standards. 

Nicole Smith – PA to the Directors and Office Manager 

Nicole, with over 6 years at Johnsons, ensures smooth operations behind the scenes. From managing directors' schedules to overseeing staff recruitment, Nicole's role is multifaceted. Her greatest achievement? Knowing all the drivers by name! 

Elizabeth Lee – Reservations & SeeMore Loyalty Club Manager 

With over 2 and a half years at Johnsons, Elizabeth manages reservations and heads the SeeMore Loyalty Club. Her biggest achievement? Bringing together a stellar team that enables her to take on the exciting challenges of the Loyalty Club. 

Joe Douglas – Compliance Officer 

Joe, in his 5 months at Johnsons, plays a pivotal role in ensuring workforce safety and legal compliance. His dedication to educating drivers on EU Drivers Hours rules showcases Johnsons' commitment to excellence and safety. 

Peter Richardson – Finance Director 

With 4 years at Johnsons, Peter works closely with leadership to implement growth strategies. His role in steering the company through the challenges of COVID and refining the business model highlights Johnsons' adaptability and resilience.
