Going to the seaside is a childhood memory for many of us, and what a difference the sunshine makes! What does visiting the seaside make you think of? A stroll along the seafront? Exploring the shops? Sitting down to enjoy a drink in a local pub or café?

Donkey rides and Punch and Judy shows will keep little ones entertained, while those looking for a peaceful day out at the seaside can admire the waves from the comfort of a deck chair.

With a variety of beautiful beaches just a coach drive away, we have picked a selection of our favorite seaside destinations.

Most coastal resorts have a variety of activities from visiting local fish and chip shops, promenades, ice creams and sandcastle competitions, there really is something for everyone!
