We were saddened to hear last week of the news that the Telford based coach hire and holidays operator, Elcocks Reisen were to go into Administration this week. Our commiserations and best wishes go out to all their staff and customers - the company was very long established and highly respected. Their holiday customers will feel reassured that the company were bonded through BCH/ABTOT.  This is the leading coach industry scheme that provides financial protection for customers in the event of a company’s failure, much in the same way that ABTA provides for mainstream overseas holiday package companies.
