Do you have public liability?

Yes, we are fully insured with Commerical Insurance Brokers (B'ham) Ltd, our policy no; TOL056397

Are your drivers CRB checked?

All our drivers are carefully selected and have been checked with the Criminal Records Bureau. The majority are members of the Institute of Advanced Drivers.

Do you provide risk assessments for schools?

What support do you offer in the event of a breakdown?

We provide full support for customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. We have a Duty Manager and a Duty Mechanic on call 24 hour call and they can be contacted on 01564 797040.

What are your disabled facilities?

Presently, we do not have any vehicles especially adapted for the carriage of wheelchair users. However, if a passenger is able to manage the short flight of stairs at the entrance of our vehicles, there is ample room to store the wheelchairs on the vehicle and many of our customers use this facility.

What group sizes do you cater for?

Johnsons have a large, air conditioned fleet of coaches. We off hire from groups as small as 8 and our largest coaches offer 70 seats.

Are you members of any trade organisations?

We are members of the two most prestigious trade organisations in the industry; Coach Marque and the Guild of British Coach Operators. Membership of both requires 100% commitment to the highest standard, which is verified bi-annually by an independent audit.

Who is the best person to contact to make a coach hire booking?

Please contact our Private Hire Team - they are always available between 8am and 5.30pm. However, you can request a coach hire quote 24 hours a day on our website.
