COVID-19: JUNE HOLIDAYS & DAY EXCURSIONS

A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE A HOLIDAY OR EXCURSION BOOKED WITH US FOR JUNE.  

Here we are in week 6 of the ‘semi-lockdown’ and without doubt, we are in the midst of extremely unusual and difficult times. You’ll be aware that we’ve already taken the difficult decision to cancel all our brochure and online departures up until the 31^st May 2020. You’ll appreciate that we are now having to look at June and we've been checking the government website and the news updates every day - watching and waiting for a flicker of light at the end of the tunnel, about when – and how we can welcome you back on our holidays and excursions again.

However, it is now clear that with regard to June departures, we are left with no alternative but to cancel all our coach holidays, excursions, show trips and Great Breaks for the month of June. (Cruises and holidays by air are subject to different terms and conditions and customers will be advised accordingly, again by letter). This is without doubt sad news for all of us and we are very sorry to cause you disappointment.

We are now sending letters, which set out our cancellation procedure and policy, to all our customers who are booked on our June departures.  We are doing this in date of departure order, therefore letters will be dispatched over the course of the next two weeks, commencing on Monday 4^th May. We are still optimistic about departures from July onwards and we or course, watching the situation carefully. 

There is some good news!  Looking on the bright side, Barry my Tours Manager and Nicola his Assistant have been working hard to finalise our new 2020/21 Autumn, Winter & Spring holidays and excursions brochures - and they are almost ready for printing.  We'll be sending these out, as soon as the time is right!  There will be pages and pages of great holidays, shows and excursions - and with great discounts on offer too!

Finally, and most importantly, we wish you well, and hope that you keep well, virus free and as happy as possible during this extraordinary situation.  Finally, thank you very much for your continued support and custom during what is a very difficult time for all of us - and thank you for your patience and understanding.
