Zip Wire Challenge for Johnsons Staff

Date Added 19/09/2016

The sky is the limit for 24 staff from Johnsons as they prepare for a charity challenge with a difference!

Staff from Johnsons Coach & Bus Travel including director John Johnson and his wife will be flying down the fastest zip line in the world at speeds likely to ready 100mph on Saturday 8th October 2016 in the aid of charity.

The Johnsons group will be heading to Snowdonia to Zip World to experience the "nearest thing to flying". The experience starts with the 'Little Zipper', a confidence builder zip line with a maximum speed of around 45 mph.

Then up through the Penrhyn Quarry to the Big Zipper - a mile long zip line that will have the team soaring 500 ft above ground along Europe's longest and fastest zipline.

Each of the 24 staff have pledged to raise at least £100 for the company's chosen charity The Shakespeare's Hospice.

If you would like to sponsor the group please visit our Just Giving page by clicking here.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated. We will post an updated after the challenge has been completed.
