Johnsons Coaches Charity Initiative: Supporting Arrive Alive and Edward’s Trust

At Johnsons Coaches, we are proud to continue our commitment to supporting local charities through our annual charity partnership, raising vital funds for organisations that make a real difference in the community.

In 2024, our fundraising efforts generated an incredible £8,000, with £4,000 donated to each of our chosen charities: Arrive Alive, which funds lifesaving first responder vehicles and Edward’s Trust, which provides specialist bereavement support for children, young people and families.

Through a variety of initiatives, including internal fundraising events, raffles at our annual brochure launch and generous contributions from our coach trips, we were able to make a meaningful impact on both charities. This was only possible thanks to the support of our dedicated staff, loyal customers and fundraising partners.

Arrive Alive – Funding Lifesaving Emergency Response Vehicles

Arrive Alive is the UK’s only charity dedicated to funding emergency response vehicles, ensuring that critical care responders can reach patients in urgent need as quickly as possible. Their work plays a crucial role in supporting emergency medical services and ultimately saving lives.

We are incredibly grateful to Johnsons Coaches for selecting Arrive Alive as their charity partner for 2023 and 2024. Their generous support has made a tremendous contribution towards funding a voluntary-operated lifesaving vehicle for Warwickshire, which proudly displays the Johnsons Coaches logo as it continues its mission to save lives.

Edward’s Trust – Providing Bereavement Support for Families

Edward’s Trust offers specialist counselling, wellbeing therapies and a supportive community for those navigating the loss of a loved one. Their compassionate work helps families through the most difficult of times.

Edward’s Trust were absolutely delighted to be chosen as a charity partner by Johnsons Quality Coach Travel in 2024. Their incredible team and customers raised vital funds through donations, events and raffles - culminating in a fantastic £4,000 cheque! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Johnsons Coaches!

With our 2024 charity fundraising now complete, we are excited to launch our 2025 initiative in partnership with our newly announced charity partners. We look forward to supporting these worthy causes and making a positive impact in the year ahead.
