Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

As we near the end of what has been for all of us, a very difficult, unpredictable and strange year, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you – to you, for your unwavering support and loyalty throughout the year. We find ourselves looking back on a very tumultuous year which has been no fun at all for you, our loyal customers, our hard-working staff, or our wonderful suppliers. The pandemic saw the introduction of social distancing, lots of trip and event cancellations, mask-wearing, Safe Operating Procedures and much more besides…

 However, it goes without saying that all of us are looking forward to what WILL be a much happier 2021, doing what we do best – organising fantastic holidays to beautiful destinations staying in high-quality hotels and ensuring you create memories that will last a lifetime.  The recent news of the vaccine successes is welcomed and we hope once you’ve had your vaccine your confidence to travel will return, quickly! And that you’ll want give yourself something to look forward to by booking a holiday or a day excursion or two! Travel in Luxury in 2021!

2021 will see the launch of our BRAND-NEW Luxury Traveller programme after it was postponed in 2020 due to the pandemic. We really do believe that our customers deserve a holiday like no other in 2021 and we are so pleased to finally be able to embark on our Luxury Traveller holidays programme. You’ll at last be able to step on board our brand-new coaches which will have fully reclining seats, Wi-Fi and USB charging points, complimentary hot and cold drinks, two large TV screens and a complimentary gift bag on board. We understand that the conference and events industry is still experiencing a very uncertain time. However, we hope like us, you are feeling more hopeful for 2021, due to the positivity created by the vaccine good news. Our coach hire department is here and ready to help you in organising your next coach hire so please do get in touch! Johnsons Excelbus – Getting you where you need to be in 2021!

Throughout the year our Excelbus services continued to support the community with over 500,000 passengers using our services. And through our implementation of stringent cleaning measures and Safe Operating Procedures we have ensured Covid Safe travel for all. Looking forward to 2021 we will continue to do so. 2021 will also see the introduction of service updates via email and SMS messaging so keep a look out for updates on that in early 2021. Thank you for your continued support and understanding throughout the year.
