Bards on Board with Wendy in Romania

Wendy visited Romania in March to see the Day Centre that she and her late husband Brian established
The centre caters for children and adults with learning difficulties and was developed after Wendy and Brian visited Romania in 1999.
With the help of the Rotary Club of Birmingham they raised over £150,000 over 8 years and Wendy was delighted to see on her visit that all rooms in the building being used 5 days a week.
She visited with the local Mayor and Rotarians and we are delighted to see she remembered her Bard on Board masks – which the children loved!
