Enjoy this fantastic 4 day tour including floral events at two of Belgium’s finest castles, including the Spring Flower Show at Chateau de Grand-Bigard and the Amaryllis Exhibition at Chateau Beloeil.

SUGGESTED ITINERARY BY COACH

Day 1: Depart the UK.

Travel to either Dover (ferry) or Folkestone (Eurotunnel) for the crossing to Calais, then onto your hotel in Belgium.

Day 2: Spring Flower Festival.

Explore the Spring Flower Festival at Chateau de Grand-Bigard including the indoor and outdoor exhibits.

Specialist gardeners have planted tulips, daffodils and narcissi to create a unique exhibition as you wander through the grounds of this great castle.

Visitors can discover new creations as well as the most beautiful varieties which have become great classics. Guided tours are available on request.

If time allows, why not squeeze in a visit to Laeken near Brussels to see the royal areas of Brussels and also the Atomium and Mini-Europe.

Day 3: Amaryllis Exhibition.

Today, we visit Chateau Beloeil and the Amaryllis Exhibition.

The exhibition delights visitors and floral fans as The Princes des Ligne opens the doors of their house to 6000 flowers which are created into amazing displays by the artists.

The flowers are combined into sumptuous bouquets, strewn over the halls, dining rooms, ceremonial rooms and in the library of the Beloeil castle. A real spectacle for the eyes!

If time allows, why not have a few hours to look around Brussels including the Grande-Place, Mannekin Pis and the winding streets of the Ilot Sacre.

Day 4: Return to the UK.

Travel to Calais for the return ferry or Eurotunnel crossing to the UK and journey home.
