#WorldTourismDay - Travel with Johnsons for a Greener Future!

This World Tourism Day, we invite you to join us on a journey toward more sustainable travel. Whether you're hiring one of our coaches or exploring our tours and day trips, you can now take direct action to reduce your environmental impact. 

This year, we are excited to announce that we’ve launched two new initiatives that enable our customers to actively reduce their environmental impact.  

Introducing our carbon emissions calculator through Tree-V, a company that specialises in carbon offsetting vehicle emissions. 

When you book a private hire vehicle with us, you’ll find a new feature on the booking confirmation page: our carbon emissions calculator, which integrates with Tree-V. This tool provides an estimate of your trip’s carbon emissions, helping you understand the environmental impact of your journey. 

Through the calculator, you’ll also be given the option to offset those emissions via Tree-V. You’ll see the total carbon footprint of your trip.

Offset Your Emissions with Tree-V on our Tours and Day Trips 

For those joining us on tours and day trips, each trip will come with a QR code linked directly to Tree-V, allowing you to quickly and easily offset your travel's carbon emissions by delivering Planting in the UK.

Tree-V’s tree-planting efforts are an excellent way to mitigate the impact of your journey. Each tree planted absorbs carbon dioxide as it grows, helping to reduce the overall levels of CO2 in the atmosphere.
