Catch the X20 to Stratford for the Festival of Motoring

The 2017 Festival of Motoring will be held over the May Bank Holiday Weekend on Sunday 30th April and Monday 1st May 2017.

Once again the historic streets of Stratford-upon-Avon will be filled with cars of all ages with free entry to pedestrians to view. The popular cavalcade will return on both days and will be held at lunchtime and will be a route within the town centre.

The Festival of Motoring is fun for all the family with new activities in the family area including children’s go karts, bouncy castle, fire engine, a treasure hunt and remote control cars.

The Vintage Mobile Cinema is one of the star attractions at the 2017 Stratford Festival of Motoring. This restored mobile cinemas is the only remaining one of seven units custom-built for the British Government in the late 1960s. It will be showing films every hour of Stratford and Jaguar.

There will be a huge display of cars from old to new around Stratford-upon-Avon town plus car maintenance technique workshops from Stratford College.

You can catch the X20 bus service from Birmingham via Shirley and Henley-in-Arden to the Stratford Festival of Motoring on both Sunday 30th April and Monday 1st May. The X20 service will be offering a Sunday service on both days. There is a service from Birmingham at 10.26 arriving in Stratford at 11.52am and then every hour and a half after until 17.56 departure from Birmingham.

On Bank Holiday Monday the Park & Ride service will also be operating from 1015am at the Park & Ride and then every 15 minutes until 7pm.

Please note 'Mop Stops' will be in operation over the Festival of Motoring in Stratford.
