- Q: Is it compulsory to wear seatbelts on a coach?
A: Yes – all our coaches are fitted with seat belts and legislation has been introduced which makes it a legal requirement to wear them at all times.
- Q: Can people with walking difficulties travel?
A: Yes – providing they can embark and disembark the vehicle unaided. We can accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs per trip – but always discuss this with us at the time of booking.
- Q: Can you help with itinerary planning for my group?
A: Yes – we have a good knowledge of many attractions and destinations as well as suitable refreshment break locations. We would be happy to help and advise.
- Q: Can you arrange for Blue Badge or step on Guides to enhance our excursion?
A: Yes – we work with a wide network of Guides, we can make the arrangements on your behalf or put you in touch with them.
- Q: What else can you do to make my life easier?
A: We can book ferries for European trips, or back in the UK reserve your seats at theatres or concerts (subject to availability)
- Q: Is there a charge for parking my car at Park & Ride locations?
A: No – we take care of all that, just park your car, relax and enjoy your excursion
