Getting to know you!

Henley on line have been impressed with the  friendly, caring and efficient service they have received when calling Johnsons coach and Bus and speaking to the front office sales team. We asked Rob Kingscott, Sales and Marketing Manager to tell us more about them.

He commented “We are very proud of our front office team, they are the unsung heroes of the company. In any one day they can field 100’s of calls dealing with bookings for holidays, excursions, theatre trips, answering general queries, advising on holiday insurance,  or just reassuring customers, some who perhaps have never been on holiday on their own before. As each brochure is launched they have to gain an in depth knowledge, and fast, on every aspect of all that is on offer. We select the team not just on their commercial ability but also on their personalities. Many of our customers treat them as friends and trust the advice they are given, testament to that is the dozens of cards and letters received thanking them for all they have done to help customers The team  is headed up by Nolwenn Simonneaux, who hails from Brittany and she is  supported by Sarah, Belinda, Janet, Laura and  Alison.”
