Johnsons launch new single room holiday programme

Our local coach operator Johnsons, have re-introduced their popular " Single Room" holiday programme after listening to customers following the launch of their main Summer 2007 holiday brochure back in October last year.

The single room programme carries all the benefits of travelling with Johnsons, such as home pick up, and the inclusion of insurance, couriers, excursions and quality hotels but guarantees that customers will have a hotel room for sole occupancy with no supplement.

John Johnson, Director, Johnsons Coaches said " Single room availability is a thorny issue throughout the travel trade and we always try to secure as many single rooms as possible on all the tours we run. When we launched our 2007 programme we added more single rooms into many of the holidays listed in our main brochure, to offer our customers even more choice of destination, and because of this we ceased production of our dedicated single room brochure. However it is clear, from the discussions we have had, that many of our customers who travel alone or with friends prefer a dedicated programme specifically for them, when everyone on the tour has a room to themselves. We have therefore,  reviewed the situation and have once again published a single room holiday brochure for this coming season."
