Charity of the Year
The Shakespeare Hospice, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, provides care for families affected by serious illness. They hospice does not charge for their services and receive less than 7% funding from the NHS. Any support they receive from the public is therefore very greatly appreciated, and we're doing everything we can this year to help them raise as much money as possible.
For the third year running, we have chosen the Shakespeare Hospice becuase we feel that this charity remains close to our hearts. Joan Johnson volunteers for them once a week and we believe that they do such a fantastic job, supporting affected families with life limiting illnesses that they deserve as much support as they can get.
What have we done to raise money for the Hospice so far?
- Sky Dive
- Dragon Boat Race
- Golf Tournament
- 'Strictly Come Prancing' Dance Competition
- Colour Blast Run
- Charity Raffles
- Christmas Festive Jumeor Day
We need to raise as much money for them as possible this year but we'll need your help!
It is easy to donate and you can do so in 2 different ways;
